Tenant Find Only Service (Professional)
75% of a one months rent plus VAT
For example, for a property that is rented at £800.00 pcm the fee would be £720.00 (i.e. £600 plus VAT @ 20%)
Tenant Find Only Service (Student)
100% of a full months rent plus VAT
For example, a 3 bed student property rent at £1050.00 PCM the fee would be £1260.00
TENANTS
Fees applying to all new tenancies from 1st June 2019
As well as paying the rent, you may be required to make the following permitted payments.
- Deposits (1 month's rent, except for certain student properties which have a deposit of £300 per tenant);
- Payments to change a tenancy agreement (eg. change of sharer £50);
- Payments associated with early termination of a tenancy (capped at the landlord's loss or agent's reasonable incurred costs);
- Where required, utilities (electricity, gas or other fuel, water, sewerage), communications services (telephone, internet, cable / satellite television), TV Licence;
- Council Tax (payable to the billing authority);
- Interest payments for the late payment of rent (up to 3% above Bank of England's annual percentage rate);
- Reasonable costs for replacement of lost keys or other security devices;
- Contractual damages in the event of the tenant's default of a tenancy agreement;
- Any other permitted payments under the Tenant Fee Act 2019 and regulations applicable at the relevant time.
Fees applying to all pre-existing tenancies entered before 1st June 2019
We shall continue to apply the charges within the existing tenancy agreement until 31st May 2020.
